The Company operates strictly as an authorized distributor and retailer of electronic components, semiconductors, hardware modules, and drone parts sourced from third-party manufacturers and authorized supply chains. The Company does not manufacture, design, or fabricate the products listed on this site unless a listing explicitly states otherwise (for example, custom PCB, 3D-printing, or laser-cutting services ordered as build-to-order work).
This distinction matters for warranty purposes — see "Warranty Disclaimer & Manufacturer Claims Support" below — and for how liability is allocated between the Company and the original manufacturer.
You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a person who is, and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order. Information you provide at checkout or account creation must be accurate and kept current; you are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
All prices are listed in INR and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable GST. A GST-compliant tax invoice, showing the Company's GSTIN 29AAMCB6502D1ZS, is issued for every order. Listed specifications are sourced from manufacturer datasheets in good faith; minor packaging or revision differences between what is pictured and what is shipped do not constitute a defect where the part number and specification match.
Orders are subject to stock availability and price confirmation at the time of checkout. In the rare case of a listing error (incorrect price or specification), the Company may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund per the Cancellation & Refund Policy before dispatch.
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized through our payment partner. Orders paid by direct bank transfer are confirmed once the transfer is verified against the invoice. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel an order on reasonable suspicion of fraud, pricing error, or an inability to fulfil it — customers are notified and refunded in full where payment was already collected.
The Company does not itself warrant the products it sells. As a distributor/retailer rather than a manufacturer, all warranty obligations for a product's performance, reliability, or freedom from defects rest with the original manufacturer, under that manufacturer's own published warranty terms, duration, and coverage — which vary by brand and product line.
This is not a gap in support — it is a routing structure. The Company provides a structured support channel so you never have to deal with a manufacturer directly:
Transit damage and dead-on-arrival (DOA) components are handled separately and faster, under the Shipping Policy — they do not wait on a manufacturer's warranty process.
Not covered under any manufacturer warranty, and not the Company's responsibility to remedy: damage from incorrect voltage/polarity, ESD mishandling, reflow/soldering damage, physical modification, or use outside the manufacturer's rated conditions.
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to attempt to circumvent security controls, to resell products in violation of manufacturer distribution terms, or to place orders using fraudulent payment details.
Site content, layout, and original photography belong to the Company; manufacturer datasheets, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including project delays, lost data, or damage to other equipment arising from component misuse, incorrect handling, or incorrect specification selection by the buyer.
You agree to indemnify the Company against claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of a product, violation of these Terms, or infringement of a third party's rights.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Company has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints regarding products, orders, or this website.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, per Rule 4(4)(b) of the E-Commerce Rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the buyer's statutory right to approach their local consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, any other dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The Company may revise these Terms as the business or applicable law changes. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order; material changes are dated at the top of this page.
